One customer asked what was wrong with his XP400 PRO Programmer connecting to his computer.
The program prompted him to disconnect P1 pin, but what is the P1 pin and does XP400 PRO work alone?

1.XP400 Pro Programmer could work alone, without Autel IM608 Pro Tablet

In this case, reinstalling program works.

2.Remove chips in programmer before connecting to computer
Remove chips>>restart computer>>connect to 12v and computer>>open PC suite



3.Re-connect PIN P1
Reconnect Pin P1 before connecting to computer.
